Cleaner CRM Sidebar with Grouped Navigation & Overflow Menu

We reorganized the main Venovax CRM sidebar to reduce visual clutter and make it easier to find what you need.

• Clearer hierarchy: Top-level items are now grouped into collapsible sections — Sales, Insights, and Workspace — so primary tools stay front-and-center.

• Fewer scrolling menus: Secondary business areas (Campaigns, Workforce, Talent, Settings, Technical, and IT) are tucked into a single three-dot "More" overflow menu, keeping the sidebar compact without removing access.

• Favorites hidden but preserved: The Favorites section is no longer shown in the sidebar, but your saved favorites data remains intact behind the scenes.

• Profile menu restored: The up/down chevrons are back on the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar for clearer expand/collapse feedback.

• EDU workspaces unaffected: Education workspaces continue to show their existing expanded sections.

No routes, permissions, feature flags, or page functionality were changed, this is purely a navigation organization and visual cleanup update.
