How does invoicing work in Venovax?

Open a deal, add line items from your product catalog, and send an invoice. The customer pays by card through a Stripe-hosted link. The invoice updates to paid automatically and the payment links back to the deal and contact.

What does it cost to take payments?

Stripe charges its standard processing fees. Venovax adds a 3% platform fee on Pro accounts. No hidden monthly fees, no minimums.

Do I need a separate Stripe account?

Yes, but it takes 10 minutes. Connect your Stripe account (or create one) in settings. Payouts go to your bank, not ours.

Can I send recurring invoices?

Yes. Set an invoice as recurring monthly, quarterly, or annually. Customers can save a card on file for automatic charging.

Can clients see their invoices?

Yes. Each client gets a portal with their invoices, payment history, and any documents you've shared.
