How to request data deletion

Venovax is operated by Venture Beyond Aspirations, LLC ("VBA"). If you want your account data and any associated personal information deleted, email us using the address below or fill out the request form.

By submitting, you agree that we may contact you to verify your identity and confirm the scope of deletion. We process most requests within 30 days.

What to include

  • The email address associated with your Venovax account.
  • Your workspace name or subdomain (for example, mycompany.venovax.io).
  • Whether you want your entire workspace deleted or only your individual user account.
  • Any other details that help us identify the data you want removed.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and process most deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting a workspace removes contacts, deals, notes, files, workforce records, messages, call logs, invoices, and all other content stored in Venovax for that workspace.

Some records may be retained longer where required by law, including telecom call records, billing/payment records processed by Stripe, and audit or tax obligations. We will let you know if any data must be kept for legal or regulatory reasons.

Connected platforms

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Stripe, or other third-party services to Venovax, deleting your Venovax data does not automatically delete data held by those platforms. You can revoke Venovax access directly in each platform's account or app settings.

Partner-managed workspaces

If your workspace was provisioned or is administered by a Venovax Partner (reseller or agency), you can still request deletion directly from Venovax using the form above. We will verify you are the workspace owner, notify the Partner that their administrative access is ending, and process the deletion under the same 30-day window. You do not need the Partner's permission to delete your own data.

If you are a Partner and want to close your Partner account, email us using the address below. Deleting a Partner account removes the Partner's admin access, branding, revenue-share configuration, and impersonation ability. The underlying client workspaces are preserved so each client can continue service directly with Venovax, choose another Partner, or submit their own deletion request.
